Payment and cancellation conditions
Full payment on reservation by credit card.
Cancellation or postponement at the initiative of ALPINESS or local authorities (weather, machine availability, etc.):
Possible until H hour: in the absence of possible postponement, full refund
Cancellation at the CLIENT's initiative (all causes):
Until D-2: full refund
Until D-1: 50% refund
D-Day: until H-2: 25% refund
No show at departure (no show): no refund
In the event of unfavorable/dangerous weather, the decision to cancel rests with the organizer.
(Light rain is not grounds for cancellation).
The organizer may refuse access to the activity to any person whose clothing does not comply with the instructions (see Required Clothing) and is not suitable for the activity without any refund being requested.
Anyone obviously intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics will be refused access to the hike and no refund can be requested.
Instructions and equipment
Participants must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the session .
Clothing required for Alpiness summer hikes:
Come along with the same type of outfit for hiking in the mountains, where conditions can change very quickly:
Sweater / Windbreaker to cover up
A waterproof outfit
Closed shoes imperative (no sandals, flip flops)
A bottle of water, cereal bars
These clothes can be accommodated in a backpack if possible of 20 liters maximum
A scooter-type helmet and a charlotte are provided by Alpiness.
For more comfort, you can bring your own helmet (MTB helmet for example).
